Job Description

Clinical Solutions Zone Manager, Ultrasound - General Imaging (South Zone)

Provide people leadership of a team of General Imaging (GI) Ultrasound Clinical Solutions Consultants within an assigned zone in the North American region. Partner with stakeholders (CS Zone Managers, District Sales Leaders, Account Managers, clinical team members, Ultrasound Business Unit, Operations, Marketing, and Field Service) to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, patient safety, and market share growth via retention of installed base and socket flips to meet financial and operational targets.  This role spans the pre-sales period through the product lifecycle. 

Your role:

  • Optimize clinical resources to ensure appropriate management of all functions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to your direct reports to drive performance improvements within their current roles and support their professional development and growth.
  • Swiftly implement robust action plans to improve the performance of poorly performing employees and recognize exemplary behavior throughout the organization.
  • Drive Year-over-Year (YoY) improvement in Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement Scores.
  • Attend and provide leadership support at national and regional trade shows and customer demos when applicable.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum of three years experience as a people leader, five or more preferred.
  • RDMS Registration required (additional registrations of Abdomen, OB/Gyn, Breast, MSK, Peds Vascular preferred).
  • Experience driving clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues. 
  • Strong track record of driving operational and financial performance.
  • Ability to travel >50%

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $150,00 to $220,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.
