We are currently seeking S&OP Planner to join our join our Supply Chain Corrugated Sweden team.  

Your location will be Jönköping and you will be working in Packaging Solutions Division. You will report to Head of Supply Chain, Corrugated Sweden. Our work model is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office while allowing flexibility for remote work.

About the role

As an S&OP Planner, you will play a key role in the end-to-end supply chain, assisting with its design, development, and implementation. Your responsibilities will include facilitating monthly tactical S&OP plan aggregation, ensuring consensus between functions and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for monitoring the demand plan performance and providing detailed input to Sales management for demand review and tactical S&OP meetings. You will serve as a super user of the SOPlan system, measuring, controlling, and improving S&OP plan accuracy through defined metrics. Additionally, you will analyze and report on various aspects of the S&OP area, such as the inventory plan for finished goods and old stock.

Your role will involve developing a capacity simulation process for growth analysis and contributing to the development and implementation of the S&OP process. You will be responsible for cross-country and cross-business unit volumes, compiling information for stakeholders, and monitoring pre-production plans and operational inventory planning. You will also drive IT improvements and participate in projects as needed.

  • Previous experience in project management is a plus
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering, BBA or equivalent education
  • Proficiency in both English and Swedish
