We are a Scientific Performance Marketing and Technology Agency. That is a long sentence to say that we love numbers and marketing.
We are based in sunny Tuscany and from there we help ambitious brands in succeeding online by using a scientific approach.

We also like cats and funny videos.

So far the Boosters’ species includes data scientists, developers, Performance Marketing experts and a few people who are pretty much impossible to categorize other than just awesome.

ABOUT THE JOB

Hello there, you Analytics rockstar. So, here’s the deal.

Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we’d like you to:

• Take care of Technical implementation of tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion Tracking technology using Google Tag Manager, on-page methods or server-side tagging systems
• Ensure the best data quality for clients and recommend improvements
• Create measurement and implementation plans and work with clients to implement them
• Proactively identify new opportunities for clients to use data or measurement solutions to drive value.
• Work and get confident with data analysis, visualization, and dashboarding

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for the best and brightest to join us (sometimes we look for unicorns too!). We want motivated, hard-working, proactive individuals to boot to join us ASAP.

To land this gig, you need a few things:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in economics, STEM
• Strong interest in digital marketing and web technologies
• No cats under the table. Your colleagues speak English, the settings of the PlayStation in the gaming room will be in English... so you get the picture: damn you speak English fine!
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Ownership & Accountability mixed with a laser focused attention to details and skyrocketing organizational skills
• Attitude. People personality and drive, positive and competitive approach. Have fun, all the time
• EU Work Permit
• [Extra Awesome] Comfortable working with the basics of Javascript or other scripting languages
