Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the e-commerce sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage inquiries related to orders, payments, returns, and product information.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and e-commerce best practices to assist clients accurately.
  • Document customer interactions and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication abilities.
