CPT-7314 INTAKE SPECIALIST (COMMUNITY SOLAR CAMPAIGN)

REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Junior - Senior Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40hrs/week to start
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: (Mon- Thurs) 12:00am – 8:00pm (7.5 hrs. w/ 30 min break) | (Friday) - 12:00am – 6:30pm (6 hrs. w/ 30 min break) | (Friday) - 12:00am – 4:00pm (4 hrs.)
SHIFT DAYS: Monday - Saturday

INTAKE SPECIALIST (COMMUNITY SOLAR CAMPAIGN)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated salesperson to join our team. This teammate will help the company grow its Community Solar Division by guiding individuals through the signing-up process of a free service that guarantees the household savings on their electricity bills without the cost and complexity of placing solar panels on the roof of their homes. This individual needs to be able to re-enforce the benefits and answer service questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from qualified leads generated by Appointment Setters.
  • Join video conference calls with camera on, when necessary.
  • Answer questions about the service or direct them to educational videos.
  • Guide homeowners through the process of signing up for the service.
  • Coordinate of collection of required documentation, when necessary.
  • Manage prospect contact & pipeline database in our CRM (training provided).

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energy should be joyous, optimistic and motivated to maximize bonus pay potential.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to memorize simply sales scripts.
  • Experience in sales and customer service (3+ years).
  • Must be proficient in English w/ clear annunciation

Performance Bonus: $200 - $1500 / month
