Role Description

Are you a creative visionary with a passion for digital design? Do you dream in pixels, obsess over typography, and find joy in creating stunning visuals that tell a story? If so, Keen wants you to join our team as a Digital Graphic Designer (E-commerce Focus)!

As part of our design squad, you’ll partner with cutting-edge clients, bringing their brands to life through emails that convert, landing pages that shine, and social media content that stands out. You’ll have the chance to flex your creative muscles, push the envelope, and directly impact how our clients' brands grow.

Responsibilities

Create stunning, on-brand banners and visual assets for email campaigns in collaboration with marketing leads.
Develop A/B test designs for email, social, and web campaigns, working closely with the copywriter and CRM team to drive results.
Design digital content that aligns with brand guidelines, bringing fresh, creative ideas to each project.
Analyze e-commerce sites (mainly Shopify) using data, heatmaps, and your creative taste to identify opportunities for design and user experience improvements.
Develop and implement A/B test designs aimed at improving site performance, user engagement, and conversions.
Produce structured, component-based designs with a focus on spacing, padding, typography, and color styles.
Deliver design projects efficiently within cloud platforms like Figma and Canva, and coordinate with developers for implementation.
Manage design projects from discovery and strategy through ideation, iteration, and hand-off, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

E-commerce Rockstar: Proven experience working in an agency, in-house (e-commerce ideally with Shopify). Experience in the CPG space? Even better!
Creative & Analytical Mind: You balance right-brain creativity with left-brain performance insights—using data to inform design decisions.
Email Marketing Guru: Proficient in Klaviyo or similar platforms, with a knack for designing emails that convert, while making them engaging to a customer base.
Design Proficiency: You know your way around Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and love working inside Figma and Canva.
A/B Testing Wizard: You’ve designed and executed A/B tests to improve performance and can talk data with the best of them.
Flexible Communicator: Able to work on tight timelines, iterate quickly based on feedback, and adjust your schedule to collaborate across time zones.
