Job Overview:
The TactaTeam Leader is a pivotal role, serving as the ultimate brand ambassador and leader of a passionate group of volunteers (Pro-Staff) who represent Tactacam at banquets, retail events, and trade shows. This role is focused on building a vibrant and engaged community that embodies the spirit of the brand. As the Tacta-Team Leader, you will recruit, train, and motivate the Pro-Staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional experiences that reflect Tactacam’s values. You’ll foster a sense of belonging within the team, create effective incentive programs, and lead dynamic meetings to keep the team energized and connected to the brand’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop the TactaTeam:

• Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of volunteers who serve as the face of Tactacam at key events.

• Cultivate a strong team culture that aligns with Tactacam’s mission and values, ensuring every member is inspired to deliver outstanding brand experiences.

Ensure Pro-Staff Expertise:

• Provide comprehensive training on Tactacam’s product lines, turning the Pro-Staff into knowledgeable brand representatives.

• Keep the team informed of the latest product innovations, ensuring they are always equipped to represent the brand with confidence.

Drive Motivation Through Incentives:

• Design and implement incentive programs that resonate with the team, encouraging enthusiasm and pride in representing Tactacam.

• Recognize top performers and celebrate successes, fostering a culture of motivation and engagement.

Oversee Event Logistics and Execution:

• Manage all logistics for banquets, retail events, and trade shows, ensuring the Tacta-Team delivers seamless and impactful experiences.

• Serve as the point of contact for event participation, ensuring the team’s presence reflects the energy and essence of the Tactacam brand.

Facilitate Engaging Team Meetings:

• Lead regular, high-energy after-hours meetings that keep the team informed, motivated, and ready for upcoming events.

• Foster a strong sense of community within the team, ensuring every member feels connected to Tactacam’s mission.

Expand the Pro-Staff Community:

• Actively recruit new volunteers who share the brand’s passion and values, ensuring continuous growth of the Tactacam community.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and events, to ensure the Tacta-Team’s activities align with broader brand strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and execute motivational incentive programs.

• Experience in organizing and leading events and teams.

• Flexibility to work after hours and manage multiple events concurrently.
