We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Accounting analyst to join our team. The Finance team offers a unique opportunity as you spend time in diverse markets like Asia, Europe, and LATAM. As we are still relatively early on our journey, you can really shape the future of Distribusion with us.


What you will do:

  • Running our financial accounting and all related tasks such as billing and payment.

  • Review and enhance the automation of our current invoicing and payment procedures, streamlining processes and implementing efficient systems.

  • Ensure seamless stakeholder management with our external accounting partners, especially in Brazil, Mexico and future locations, in order to receive all relevant information for the monthly closing on time.

  • Support the development of activities and strategies to ensure deal and audit readiness, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, implementing robust controls, and improving financial reporting processes.

  • Be the first point of contact for accounting and taxation topics to our internal stakeholders.

  • Take care of the Brazilian payroll and onboarding process together with outsourced provider


Workplace:

This is a remote opportunity in Brazil with a strong preference to be close enough to São Paulo once per month to meet with the team in person. 

We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe, and our HQ office is in Berlin.
