Job description

We are a cutting-edge SaaS company specializing in advertising solutions for high-risk businesses (Crypto, iGaming, Nutra, etc.). We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team from the ground up. What You'll Do:

-Team Leadership: Build, manage, and develop a team of sales and marketing professionals, setting clear goals, expectations, and KPIs.

-Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition across high-risk industries.

-Marketing Leadership: Create and implement scalable marketing strategies, leveraging digital channels, communities, and forums to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, customer operations, and executive teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and overall company goals.

-Market Analysis: Identify market trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies to stay ahead in the fast-evolving high-risk niche markets.

-Culture Creation: Foster a positive, high-performance team environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

-Channel Development: Identify, develop, and optimize key sales and marketing channels, including partnerships, affiliates, and direct outreach, to expand market reach and drive sustainable growth.

-Brand Management: Lead initiatives to strengthen the companys brand identity, overseeing website design, content strategy, and community-building efforts to ensure consistent messaging and an engaged audience across all touchpoints.

-Freelancer and Agency Management: Identify, onboard, and manage external freelancers and agencies to support key sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and quality standards.

-Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources while focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and reporting

-Management Information and C-Level Reporting: Develop and present comprehensive reports on sales and marketing performance metrics to C-level executives, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

-Internal Communication Management: Facilitate effective internal communication across departments, ensuring alignment on the companys vision, mission, goals, and objectives, promoting a culture of frequent communication and engagement




What You'll Bring:

Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, with a strong track record of team building and leadership.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to design and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and elevate brand presence.

Revenue Focused: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing, ideally within high-risk industries.

Cross-Departmental Collaborator: Excellent communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams to drive successful sales and marketing campaigns.

Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously, building processes and systems from scratch with minimal guidance.
