Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and creative Email Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and managing email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. This role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of email marketing tools and strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Content Creation: Design email templates, write engaging copy, and create visually appealing emails.
Segmentation & Targeting: Create segmented email lists to ensure personalized messaging and improve campaign performance.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times.
Performance Analysis: Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and report on campaign effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensure email campaigns comply with legal regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and follow best practices for deliverability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in email marketing.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc).
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Knowledge of A/B testing and segmentation techniques.
Ability to analyze and report on email campaign performance.
Familiarity with HTML and email template design is a plus.
