Airbnb Property Manager (Remote)

Ready to manage top-tier Airbnb properties while working flexible hours? We’re hiring a reliable Property Manager who can handle guest inquiries and emergencies while supporting other business tasks during downtime.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to Airbnb guest inquiries and solve problems quickly.
• Answer questions from potential guests to drive bookings.
• Provide top-notch customer service to maintain our client's strong reputation.
• During quiet periods, help with general contracting or real estate tasks for other businesses.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Airbnb or Property Management (preferred if you've worked with Airbnb).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working US business hours, with the flexibility to handle emergencies until 10 PM.
• Reliable and able to earn bonuses for handling emergency calls.
• Familiarity with Guesty or similar property management platforms is a plus.

This role offers flexibility—some days you might have no messages, others will require more back-and-forth.
