Salary: €1.500 (low Greek living costs)

About the employer:

Our client offers global customer service solutions for various clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote customer service support for one of their major accounts: one of the world's leading entertainment services, including TV series, films and games.

What will you do?

Imagine starting your workday with a sea view, enjoying the pleasant weather, and helping consumers and partners of our client with their inquiries. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and chats from existing or potential customers, regarding billing (20% of cases), account and/or technical issues (80% of cases). During the day you will continue your work from a terrace enjoying a nice greek meal, while helping out our clients' customers.

• You are willing to temporarily move to Greece (at the employer's expense)
• You speak Norwegian and English
