Job Title: P&C Insurance Salesperson
Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA (Remote Option Available After Training)

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and licensed P&C Insurance Salesperson to join our team! With a robust database of high-quality leads and clients already in place, you will have a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running and significantly grow your earnings. This role offers uncapped earning potential and the flexibility to work remotely after the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with provided leads to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Educate clients on available policies and customize coverage options to meet their needs
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Stay current with industry trends and maintain active knowledge of P&C products

Requirements:

  • Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with both in-person and remote work setups

Location: Our office is located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely after completing initial training.

Compensation:

  • Base salary
  • Uncapped commission potential with a highly attractive commission split
