Your Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their technical needs in relation to our cloud solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to help clients implement effective solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
• Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions proposed.
• Stay current with industry trends and product developments to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong technical background with experience in cloud-based solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for remote work.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced tech landscape!
