Experience in streaming with Restream, Understanding of going live to RTMP or platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, Twitch, Customer-facing role experience, Proficient in verbal and written English; additional language is a plus, Experience using Help Desk platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.).
Key responsabilities:
- Provide personalized communication via live chat, email, and social media
- Stay updated on video and streaming developments
- Participate in team experimentation for customer experience improvement
- Advocate for Restream and increase product engagement and loyalty
- Pass customer feedback to relevant teams for service improvement
