As we continue to scale, we are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our People team, reporting to the COO. This is a high-impact role that will partner closely with C-level executives,  to support our teams in Germany, helping to shape our HR strategies and ensure a great employee experience.

As the HR Business Parter at Billwerk+, you will collaborate with the executive leadership team and managers to shape and execute our people strategy. You’ll enhance our "One Team" model, ensuring alignment across functions, while empowering leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams. Together, we aim to foster a thriving workplace culture that drives exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic consultant and provide advice on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with German labor laws.
  • Lead talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Drive performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Leverage data and key insights to support organizational development initiatives and change management.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a mediator for employee concerns, providing guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
  • Promote a strong, inclusive and collaborative culture guided by our Billwerk+ values.

What We Offer You

  • Impact: The chance to make a lasting contribution to the pioneer and driver of the European Subscription Economy.
  • Flexibility: Choice of office locations or remote working. A modern corporate culture with a focus on work-life balance, flexible working hours, and a generous holiday policy.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for personal and professional development with room for manoeuvre to develop optimally.
  • Engagement: Your opinion matters – take responsibility, show initiative, and have your input valued.
  • Environment: A trust-based environment with short communication and decision-making paths, and a strong team spirit.
  • Compensation: A competitive salary strongly correlated to your performance and commitment. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage

What We Value at BiLLWERK+

  • Curiosity: Seek out opportunities to learn and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
  • Ownership: Be the driver and take accountability.
  • Adaptability: Embrace change in the ever-evolving technology landscape.
  • Engagement: Share your passion for technology with colleagues and collaborators.
