This is a remote position.
Our client is a privately owned, award-winning company providing educational support and consultancy services to children from nursery through to university, since 2010.
As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for driving initiatives across multiple teams, including accounts, sales, and client services. Reporting to the Operations and Finance Director, you will have ownership of tracking package sales and implementing the debt recovery process. As HR lead, you are fundamental in ensuring HR administration, systems, and processes are robust.
You will support the Education department in delivering outstanding services by recruiting, onboarding, training, and nurturing outstanding tutors to meet the high expectations and requirements of clients. You will then be required to match these onboarded tutors with tuition jobs that suit them, ensuring they deliver on agreed specifications.

What Will You Be Doing?
Operations and Finance
Monitor client usage of Tuition Package purchases and handle resultant client inquiries.
Manage relationships with debt recovery partners and own the debt recovery process.
Provide client communications support for the Accounts department.
HR
Own HR company requirements, including the appraisals process, benefits, and contract needs for the Operations and Finance Director.
Act as a supportive, professional, and consistent HR lead for departments and individuals.
Own the HR system, including expenses, leave, sickness, and appointments, liaising with the Operations and Finance Director each month to inform payroll calculations.
Administer staff recruitment in alignment with company needs.
Tutor Recruitment
Oversee the full tutor recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding:
Managing Talent inbox and all associated record-keeping
Reviewing new applications
Scheduling and conducting initial screening calls
Scheduling and supporting online group interviews
Profile support and review
DBS management for all contractors
Updating new profiles and uploading documents, including interview notes
Onboarding new tutors, providing tutor handbook and induction
Proactively recruit tutors based on data analytics to inform the recruitment process and targets
Monitor the activity of the tutor community to reduce attrition and improve operational processes for Client Services:
Maintaining an up-to-date list of tutors on active jobs
Identifying and contacting tutors who are reducing their hours
Identifying and contacting tutors who are going above and beyond
Identifying disengaged or inactive tutors
Developing and applying re-engagement strategies
Creating a priority list of tutors to re-activate with work.
Tuition Placement
Gather all relevant information from the Salesperson and clients to arrange tuition assignments.
Create tuition specifications through the CRM, targeting the most relevant tutors for the assignment.
Contact tutors directly to discuss assignments.
Shortlist and select the most suitable tutor for the assignment.
Share client information and relevant assessment results with tutors and consultants to ensure they are aware of all pertinent information relating to the assignment.
Regularly check in with clients and tutors to ensure initial arrangements are moving forward smoothly until services commence.
Keep clients up to date with service coordination with clear and concise verbal and written communications.
What Qualifications & Experience Do We Require?
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of HubSpot and Asana would be an advantage
Bookkeeping experience would be an advantage
HR Administration experience would be an advantage
