Job description

Long Lines, LLC is looking for an energetic person who is willing to work hard and grow with our company.  The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting growth of the company through development of current and new business opportunities. They will cross collaborate with all departments to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, thereby driving new revenue growth for business services. Job Type: Full-time

Rate: $19-$22/hr plus commissions and overtime pay if applicable

Location: Hybrid within 6 months, work from home and office in Sergeant Bluff

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting customer needs, providing technical information, and developing new and existing accounts.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Closes sales opportunities through telephone and e-mail inquiries.
  • Develops accounts by checking customer’s service history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
  • Perform residential and business sales functions including acquisition, support, upgrades, and renewals.
  • Works with IT, Installation, Finance, and Customer Care staff to meet customer deadlines.

The successful Inside Sales Representative will:

  • 1 or more years of experience in telephony, data and video systems preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience required.
  • Experience in consultative selling process, including prospecting, completing a comprehensive needs analysis with current and potential clients, creating proposals, and presenting and closing business.
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving, networking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Reliable car transportation and valid driver’s license required. 
  • Prior Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  •  Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time
  •  Ability to wear telephone head set for prolonged periods of time
  •  Willing to participate in NCTI certification/development courses
