We are currently in search of a Generative Artificial Intelligence Capability Leader to join our esteemed team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being ideally based in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Overview

As a Generative Artificial Intelligence Capability Leader, you will be instrumental in shaping our GenAI strategies to align with our organizational goals. Your expertise will help us leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance our solutions and client offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and Implement GenAI Solutions: Formulate and execute strategies that align with our business objectives, incorporating innovative GenAI technologies into multiple solutions and platforms.
  • Consulting and Client Interaction: Utilize your consulting abilities to ascertain client requirements and propose GenAI-driven solutions, effectively bridging technical and business considerations.
  • Sales and Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team during account planning and client meetings, developing services that deliver substantial value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various consulting practices to incorporate GenAI solutions, thereby enhancing our service portfolio and fostering growth.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Remain informed of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI and associated fields to sustain our competitive advantage.
  • Team Development and Leadership: As our practice evolves, engage in attracting, hiring, and mentoring a team of GenAI-focused consultants.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge in GenAI and related technologies, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), Foundation Models (FMs), and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, PaLM 2, DALL·E 2, and LaMDA.
  • Strong consulting background with the capability to translate intricate AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
  • Experience in strategic planning for integrating generative AI into business operations, with a focus on data privacy and ethical considerations.
  • Proficiency in establishing governance frameworks that ensure the ethical deployment of generative AI.
  • Familiarity with data management and its critical role in training AI models.
  • Effective sales skills for engaging in high-level client discussions and developing trust-based solutions.
  • Superior communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a positive demeanor.

Compensation And Benefits
