Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Coordinator to join our esteemed organization, a globally recognized manufacturer undergoing a transformative technical journey. With operations spanning over 50 locations and a strong commitment to innovation, we are looking to enhance our IT team to facilitate growth driven by acquisitions and product diversification. This full-time, direct hire position plays a vital role in managing and refining our SAP Material Master database, ensuring the accuracy of data while providing essential support across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the processes for maintaining, supporting, enhancing, and deactivating SAP Material Master data according to established governance protocols.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to uphold the accuracy and integrity of SAP Material Master data.
• Offer training and guidance on Material Master processes, emphasizing the critical nature of this data across different SAP functions.
• Generate material codes and assign corresponding UPC codes in compliance with international standards.
• Maintain regular communication with diverse teams to effectively manage changes in Material Master data.
• Periodically extract and review SAP data to assure its accuracy and reliability.
• Provide expert advice on new requirements for various goods and troubleshoot related challenges.
• Remain updated on SAP, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution systems, and comprehend their interaction with Material Master data.
• Serve as a backup for other master data functions as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in SAP S4/Hana.
• Familiar with tools such as Winshuttle, SharePoint, IPS, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.
• Knowledgeable about global supply chain and data governance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of leading and assisting in various projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in roles such as SAP Master Data Coordinator, Analyst, or Specialist.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Experienced in working in Enterprise SAP environments, collaborating with both onsite and remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
