Job Overview

We invite you to join our esteemed organization as an Oracle Data and Analytics Manager, where your passion for data and analytics will empower businesses to thrive. In this remote position, you will be integral to our dedicated team, driving operational transformations through innovative data utilization and advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to define and implement their Data and Analytics strategies, ensuring they align with overarching business objectives.
  • Optimize and deploy Oracle Analytics and Data solutions, focusing on Data Governance and Management to foster growth and address client needs.
  • Lead a diverse team of on-site and offshore professionals, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers, to execute impactful data-centric projects.
  • Engage in hands-on data analysis, design improved data flows and architectures, and supervise the execution of data solutions.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including timelines, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations based on technology evaluations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating their value propositions and addressing their requirements.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in data strategy, governance, and solution implementation, along with practical expertise in data analysis and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Oracle products such as OFSAA, ADW, FAW, and OAC, as well as familiarity with tools like Power BI, Amazon AWS (Redshift), and Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and consulting engagements, alongside expertise in designing cloud-based data and analytical solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and data domains, especially in relation to finance, enterprise, or data architecture transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear messages, build consensus, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time is essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, complemented by relevant certifications in data analytics or management.
