Join our esteemed Privacy and Data Protection team as a Senior Consultant specializing in the OneTrust Ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor interns and junior consultants, ensuring the effective execution of project work plans.
  • Identify business risks and uncover opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients, instilling trust and delivering strategic insights.
  • Guide decision-making regarding project scope, staffing, and methodologies.
  • Assist in project management to guarantee quality outcomes and seamless execution.
  • Provide counsel on compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, ensuring alignment with client policies.
  • Evaluate and enhance client privacy programs, including the development and implementation of privacy management software.
  • Analyze workflows and processes associated with personal data and privacy regulations.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to clients, translating them into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Visio and Access.
  • Preferred professional certifications include CIPT, CIPP/US or EU, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
