Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Data and Analytics Projects: Lead the formulation and implementation of data strategies that encompass data governance, management, and analytics deployment.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a diverse group of onshore and offshore professionals, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers. Promote a cooperative atmosphere that nurtures innovation and fosters professional advancement.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate intimately with clients to comprehend their requirements, analyze data processes, and architect solutions that solve their distinct business challenges.
• Solution Design: Create and execute robust data architectures, analytics solutions, and data governance frameworks in collaboration with subject matter experts and client teams.
• Technology Assessment: Investigate and propose technology and data solutions aimed at driving operational improvements.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, risks, and challenges, ensuring successful delivery through effective resource, budget, and client expectation management.
• Communication: Distill complex concepts into clear and impactful messages for stakeholders while adhering to high standards of ethics and business conduct.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated capability to lead data-centric engagements and teams, utilizing tools such as Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, Oracle FAW, Power BI, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, financial systems, and cloud-based data solutions, with a preference for experience in agile data modeling techniques.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience managing data strategy, governance, and solution implementation projects.
