We invite you to apply for the role of Security Consultant - Identity Management within our esteemed organization, where you will act as a subject matter expert in this dynamic field. In this capacity, you will provide critical insights, enhance IAM infrastructure, and contribute to the development of tailored processes and policies that align with our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a specialist in Identity Management, delivering innovative technology solutions to fulfill client requirements.
  • Engage with clients to identify their needs and recommend effective IAM strategies.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by aiding in the development of project scopes and participating in solution sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to qualify opportunities, finalize deals, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead consulting initiatives, crafting and implementing deliverables that meet client expectations and project commitments.
  • Offer expertise in various IAM capabilities, including Access Management, Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Multifactor/Single Sign-On.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry advancements, and trends within the IAM sector.
  • Formulate strategies that resonate with industry trends and client requirements, presenting innovative solutions to leadership.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients by producing results that are timely and budget-conscious.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Mentor and support fellow consultants within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles related to the design and implementation of complex Identity Management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of security services with a history of successfully delivering intricate solutions.
  • Proven experience in providing consultative advice, scoping projects, and deploying enterprise solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the security industry and IAM solutions, with the capability to address client risks and tackle critical use cases.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, demonstrating a true enthusiasm for identity technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally, with an aptitude for articulating complex issues to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
  • Capacity to lead discussions, present subject matter effectively, and support competitive sales efforts.

Preferred Skills And Certifications

  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC (GSEC).
  • Vendor-specific certifications from leading providers including Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Auth0, Sailpoint, Saviynt, Omada, CyberArk, Thycotic, or Centrify.

Unique Requirements

  • Willingness to travel to partner locations, client sites, conferences, and other engagements up to 25% annually.

Compensation And Benefits

The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from \(110,000 to \)145,000, inclusive of a base salary and potential bonuses. Compensation is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
