Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Enterprise Strategy Consulting Director to take the lead on complex, organization-wide projects and initiatives from a remote workspace. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various business units to address both established and emerging challenges, working independently and in partnership with business leaders to define and advance strategic initiatives that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal consultant to department leaders, assisting in the formulation and enhancement of strategic plans.
  • Significantly contribute to the development and execution of major corporate strategies and innovation initiatives, supporting both immediate and long-term objectives.
  • Develop and present corporate-level strategies and innovation opportunities to senior executives, emphasizing new business prospects and competitive advantage.
  • Lead efforts in market analysis to uncover growth opportunities, while establishing performance metrics and benchmarks to facilitate desired outcomes.
  • Construct intricate financial and investment models, conduct ROI analyses, and provide leadership and execution on strategic endeavors.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with executives and team members, navigate challenging discussions, and oversee project progress by setting and reporting on key metrics.
  • Guide large cross-functional meetings to ensure strategic alignment and offer continuous improvement coaching and mentoring to team members.

  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Experience in healthcare is favored but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills for influencing senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with strong project management expertise.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(128,730 to \)220,608.

  • Hybrid work environment with a requirement for in-office attendance at least once per week or as directed by the hiring manager.
