Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as the Enterprise Strategy Consulting Director, where you will take charge of intricate, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various business units to address both established and emerging challenges. This role emphasizes autonomy and partnership with business leaders to clearly define and implement strategic initiatives that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal consultant for department leaders, assisting in the creation and enhancement of strategic plans.
  • Influence and shape substantial corporate strategies and innovation initiatives, contributing to both immediate and future planning.
  • Formulate and communicate corporate-level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives, emphasizing new business prospects and competitive advantage.
  • Oversee market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and establish performance measures that align with desired business outcomes.
  • Develop intricate financial and investment models, conduct ROI analyses, and provide strategic thought leadership on initiatives.
  • Cultivate and sustain constructive relationships with executives and team members, engage in meaningful dialogues, and track project progress by defining and reporting key metrics.
  • Facilitate expansive cross-functional meetings to ensure strategic alignment and offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members.

  • Master's degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(128,730 to \)220,608.
