Position Overview
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission by collaborating with a dynamic team to address some of healthcare's most critical challenges through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Oversee project planning and execution, providing clear direction and setting deadlines for your team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, company leadership, and project teams, sharing progress and suggesting improvements as needed.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and objectives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Address risks promptly and implement mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to business growth by preparing detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and supporting proposal efforts.
- Adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
What We're Looking For
- 9+ years of experience managing complex cybersecurity projects, with at least 3 years in Medicaid or Medicare being a plus.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum, and Agile.
- Strong grasp of budget management, project management software, and security tools like Splunk and Saviynt.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and communicate project goals clearly.
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management, Network and Firewall concepts, and familiarity with AWS and MS Azure.
- Experience with System Security Plan reviews, NIST, and MARS-E standards.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
What To Expect
- Occasional travel (0-10%).
- This is a remote position, and video camera use will be required during interviews and the first week of orientation.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is \(86,800 - \)124,000 per year. Base pay will vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
