Key Responsibilities

  • Propel business development by implementing established strategies and objectives, focusing on both new and existing clientele.
  • Generate new revenue streams by identifying and securing business in underserved regions through direct sales to small and mid-sized local enterprises.
  • Enhance profitability within the current customer base.
  • Strategically plan and execute weekly sales routes, ensuring visits to at least 50 retailers.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations that highlight our premier suite of offerings and money transfer services.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with agents through regular sales calls and business reviews.
  • Proactively manage prospect data utilizing CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators, including sales activity and gross margin targets.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Multicultural experience, with a strong preference for familiarity with the Mexican and Guatemalan markets.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with an expected travel commitment of 50-90%.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated B2B sales experience in a territory sales capacity, ideally within retail networks or the money transfer sector. Experience in prepaid card services or similar fields may also be relevant.
