In this essential role, you will contribute to our international growth by ensuring accurate and timely payroll management for employees across the globe. Key Responsibilities

  • Become the Global Payroll Expert: Oversee payroll processing for various countries, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations. This is your chance to deepen your understanding of international payroll regulations.
  • Data Management Specialist: Maintain and verify payroll records, collect and process data, and ensure that employee information is precise and current. You will be the primary resource for payroll data!
  • Global Collaborator: Lead the rollout of our global payroll system as we expand into new territories, working closely with our payroll provider to facilitate a seamless transition.
  • Team Collaborator: Partner with internal departments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure comprehensive communication and alignment across functions.
  • Process Improvement Advocate: Identify and implement enhancements to payroll processes, focusing on efficiency and reducing errors.
  • Compliance Expert: Stay informed about payroll-related laws and regulations across different countries to guarantee accuracy and adherence.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, particularly in international payroll systems (knowledge of French payroll is especially valuable).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with a strong ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
