We are seeking a skilled Sales FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our Global Sales organization through strategic budgeting and planning.
About The Team
Our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team plays a vital role in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. We analyze financial data, monitor key performance indicators, and provide valuable insights to guide leadership decisions. Collaborating closely with sales and operations, we align financial objectives with business goals and optimize resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Report on business performance and manage financial and usage data reporting.
- Lead planning cycles and present insightful data to senior executives.
- Develop and oversee sales performance metrics, identify potential risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Create and manage accurate sales targets, forecasts, capacity plans, and coverage models to support our planning processes.
- Drive improvements in planning processes and automation, streamlining deliverables for efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in sales planning, analytics, finance, or operations.
- Experience with sales processes including quotas, capacity planning, commissions, and territories.
- Proven track record in budgeting, financial reporting, analysis, and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency in core accounting concepts, SQL, G Suite, and MS Office Suite.
- Bonus points for experience with Anaplan, SQL, and Salesforce tools.
Compensation
- Salary Range: \(65,200.00 - \)158,900.00
- Total Direct Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity value, with starting pay based on qualifications and experience. Compensation may vary based on location.
