Job Overview

Join our esteemed team as a Medical Education Lead and contribute significantly to advancing the field of neurosurgery. In this essential position, you will educate practicing surgeons, teaching hospital faculty, and residents on critical products. This remote role allows you to lead both live and virtual educational workshops while overseeing our online learning platform to provide impactful content effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to craft compelling educational materials.
  • Support program development with direction from leadership.
  • Engage closely with Medical Education, Product Marketing, and Sales Training teams.
  • Manage logistics for Medical Education programs in both live and virtual formats.
  • Facilitate and conduct in-person and virtual educational courses.
  • Identify key metrics to assess the success and impact of educational programs.
  • Contribute insights for long-term program strategy and planning.
  • Assist in defining and monitoring business performance metrics.
  • Oversee our online learning system and contribute to content creation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop and implement effective communication strategies.

  • An understanding of neurosurgical procedures and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) would be advantageous.
