3+ years of related industry experience, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Workday experience, especially Advanced Compensation, Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Basic knowledge of compensation regulations.
Key responsabilities:
- Monitor and respond to Tier II queries from ServiceNow/AskHR.
- Maintain survey matches for roles below Sr Director level.
- Ensure all compensation data exists for job requisitions.
- Provide Workday support and assist with HRIS enhancements.
- Support compensation team in implementing new programs.
