Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to multiple branch sites, catering to customer needs in the absence of a banker or teller.
  • Adapt to varying locations and priorities while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Cultivate customer relationships through proactive outreach, presenting relevant products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Assist customers in opening new accounts, managing service inquiries, and processing credit applications.
  • Employ sound judgment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with bank offerings to effectively address customer requirements.
  • Deliver attentive service, demonstrating sincere concern for customers and guiding them towards the best financial solutions.
  • Redirect customers to specialized team members when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, as it pertains to mortgage and lending transactions.

Required Skills

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer interaction through roles in various sectors, including military service or education.
  • Proficient in managing complex transactions and offering guidance on mobile banking solutions.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members to fulfill customer requirements and cultivate relationships.
  • Keen attention to detail to mitigate fraud risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
