Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance current business processes, anticipate needs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Regularly review business processes and devise strategies for optimization.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, development team SCRUMs, and weekly executive briefings.
• Write detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to guide project development.
• Conduct quality assurance on Salesforce implementations to ensure high standards.
• Provide general project management oversight, including developing project plans, monitoring performance, and reporting.
• Align processes and delivery frameworks with Agile Scrum methodology, using Rational Team Concert (RTC) for backlog management.
• Share ideas and findings through meetings and presentations, and document and communicate results clearly to team members and management.
• Gather critical information from stakeholders and produce insightful reports; serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Mentor and guide junior staff while working closely with clients to ensure solutions meet their needs and requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage project timelines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis on Salesforce projects or as a Salesforce System Administrator.
• Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, excellent documentation skills, and advanced technical proficiency.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with configuring and QAing Salesforce; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Business Analyst.

• Pay: Starting at $85,000 per year
