  • Develop and execute user testing plans, including creating test cases.
  • Create and update documentation on processes, policies, configurations, and user guides.
  • Apply Salesforce best practices for release management and deployment across various sandboxes.
  • Mentor and train development resources.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • Create Salesforce reports using Conga and manage workflows, Process Builder flows, and Visual Flows.
  • Develop and manage Communities and identify system changes proactively.
  • Communicate system changes to users effectively and provide advanced-level reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Handle third-party integrations and troubleshoot any issues with partner applications.
  • Work with leadership to determine the best technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Create project documentation, including user guides, training materials, and change orders.
  • Perform thorough unit testing and participate in business user acceptance testing.
  • Validate test cases and results against requirements while ensuring best practices in report building to maintain performance.
  • Assist with data migration from older systems to Salesforce.com and manage data imports using Salesforce tools like Data Loader.
  • Monitor and resolve system problems, and manage exception logs for backend system integration with SFDC.
