About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support students’ practicum experiences. In this role, you will review and approve practicum applications, ensuring students meet their learning outcomes and contribute to the overall quality of practicum experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve practicum applications submitted by the experiential learning team.
  • Collaborate with experiential learning specialists to ensure student success in completing practicum responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance in selecting practicum locations and completing assignments.
  • Assist students in achieving their practicum learning outcomes.
  • Participate in resolving practicum site-related issues.
  • Deliver accurate reports concerning student placements and practicum data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with clinical agencies to ensure high-quality practicum experiences.
  • Evaluate and improve practicum processes to ensure continued quality and efficiency.
  • Address concerns related to practicum experiences with timely interventions.
  • Utilize technology and systems for supporting processes, data management, and reporting.
  • Communicate practicum and program requirements clearly to students, staff, and clinical partners.
  • Research and resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Adhere to all institutional policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (required).
  • Active and unrestricted registered nursing license (required).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using multiple software systems and comfort with technology.
  • Prior experience in healthcare education is preferred.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships, especially over the phone.
  • High attention to detail with the capability to maintain focus despite interruptions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Compensation And Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between \(59,923.09 and \)108,334.92. Actual pay will depend on experience, training, location, licensure, certifications, and departmental budgets. Our team is ready to answer any questions regarding compensation.
