Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing debt collection processes across the Europe, with a particular focus on the Ukrainian market. Additional knowledge of the legal landscapes will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee debt collection cases across the Europe, with a focus on the Ukrainian market.
Provide legal advice and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the debt collection process.
Draft and review legal documents related to debt collection, including demand letters and court filings.
Represent the company in negotiations and court proceedings.
Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in the EU, Ukraine to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

University degree in law
Extensive experience in debt collection law.
Licensed to practice law within a European country.
In-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian legal market.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Ukrainian
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
