Job description

Our client, a fast-growing casino slots development company, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Account Management to lead their expanding team. With a strong reputation in online slot games and a rapidly growing team of professionals across Europe, this role is essential to driving the company’s continued success by nurturing client relationships and maximising revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the account management team, setting KPIs, tracking performance, and providing necessary training to ensure team success.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement strategic plans tailored to their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, leveraging an in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to align with client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with internal legal and financial policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and analyze key performance metrics (such as client satisfaction and account growth) to refine account management strategies.
  • Invoicing & Debt Control: Oversee timely invoicing and ensure effective debt control measures.


Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial position.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and customer relationship management expertise.
  • Technical proficiency and adaptability.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Languages proficiency: Upper Intermediate level English (spoken and written), Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian or Russian languages.
