We are currently in search of a dedicated Retail Health Coordinator to enhance the health care journey for our members at our HealthHUB locations, which span over 30 states nationwide. This position is integral in fulfilling the health care needs of our members through effective telephonic communication and the application of best practices, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently coordinate patient flow and appointments.
  • Engage with customers, patients, and colleagues through telephonic and technological interactions, ensuring timely healthcare reminders.
  • Schedule, track, and manage patient referrals and diagnostic tests effectively.
  • Exhibit proficiency in utilizing email, remote communication tools, and electronic health records.
  • Strictly adhere to care management, privacy, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and patients.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to communicate recommended care plans to patients and their families.
  • Assist in the completion and monitoring of patient forms and correspondence.
  • Notify clinical care teams of any changes or obstacles encountered.
  • Cross-train in various areas of retail health management as necessary.
  • Facilitate the orientation and training of staff as assigned.
  • Uphold respect and dignity for all patients, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Required Skills

  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and typing proficiency; adept in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative spirit.
  • Understanding of health insurance processes and the ability to interpret and input information on computer systems.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgment in all situations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, patient relations, or hospitality.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with members and addressing identified health plan gaps.

Compensation And Benefits

The typical pay range for this position is between \(17.00 to \)27.00 per hour. The final salary offer will be commensurate with experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
