In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients navigate their most challenging problems and gain significant advantages by defining and evaluating a wide range of strategies. You will analyze business and market trends to discover innovative solutions that empower clients to make well-informed decisions and stay ahead of their competition. You will support organizations with various aspects, including organic enterprise growth, pricing, profitability, shareholder value, and sustainable corporate strategies.

As a part of a dynamic team of problem solvers, you will work collaboratively to address complex business issues from strategy formulation to execution.

Requirements And Preferences

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration
  • Minimum of 8 years of strategy consulting or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Digital Value Creation and Contact Center/Service Excellence.
  • Proven record of success in integrating digital capabilities (AI, ML, Data and Analytics) to help clients transform their businesses.
  • Experience in designing end-to-end customer/process journeys across the business value chain.
  • Strong leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative.
  • Ability to identify client needs, build credibility, and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience managing teams/multiple work streams to ensure successful project completion.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in analytical approaches, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data efficiently and synthesize actionable insights.
  • Experience conducting market research to understand consumer needs and purchasing behaviors.
  • Effective communication skills for senior audiences.
  • Executive presence and ability to become a trusted advisor.
  • Proven track record in pursuing new business opportunities and leading client development.
  • Ability to attract, retain, assess, and develop team members.
  • Flexibility and creativity in managing work-life balance for self and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google Suite.
