Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate internal events and meetings aimed at enhancing company culture.
  • Organize corporate travel and accommodation plans.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor office expenses and budgets.
  • Assist the accountant and CFO with bookkeeping and financial responsibilities.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes while maintaining employee records.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR assistance.
  • Champion workplace culture and promote employee well-being initiatives.
  • Deliver administrative support to senior management to optimize operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, HR, hospitality, or a related field; a 2-year college degree with remarkable experience may also be accepted.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with HRIS and financial software is a plus.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as ChatGPT is desirable.
  • Accounting knowledge is preferred.
