Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Intermediate Interior Designer and a Senior Interior Designer to join our reputable design firm. This is a unique opportunity to partake in the renovation of a distinguished hotel project, where you will collaborate closely with our project managers and design leaders. Your role will be integral to the design documentation process, requiring a strong command of Spexx or a similar software, as you will engage in material selection and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and design leaders to create comprehensive design documentation.
• Engage in the selection of materials and FF&E to align with project goals.
• Contribute to the overarching design vision and maintain design quality throughout the project cycle.
• Stay abreast of current design trends and implement best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality or hotel design sector.
• Proficiency in Spexx or comparable design software.
• Familiarity with Revit, Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Proven track record of successful project management within the interior design space.
