Job description

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Instructional Designer to create engaging courseware and content for Acelab's new material hub platform. This role will be instrumental in developing educational materials that will help architects learn about and utilize our platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop instructional multi-media content specifically tailored for architects and other AEC professionals that drives platform usage
  • Create interactive courseware for Acelab's material hub platform
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Develop learning objectives and assessment strategies
  • Implement best practices in e-learning and adult education
  • Ensure content is engaging, user-friendly, and promotes platform adoption
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing content based on user feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
  • Proven track record in developing courseware and content for professional audiences
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
