The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by scheduling appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and contact potential clients via phone and email to schedule appointments for our business development team.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to enhance the companys network.
  • Data Management: Accurately maintain and update client information in the companys CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-up.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the company's services and the legal industry landscape.
