ASSA ABLOY is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a proactive self-starter with a robust player-coach mentality, ready to both manage and execute projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and branding consistency, extensive experience in digital marketing, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Your expertise will help maintain our digital strategies and improve our digital presence through strategic project management and hands-on involvement.

 

This position will primarily be remote working Eastern Daytime hours with required travel to New Haven, CT for meetings.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Oversee up to two large projects and 15 smaller projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Manage and update a comprehensive marketing calendar to align with project deliverables and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize task management software (Asana) to track project progress and ensure transparency across teams.
  • Direct hands-on management of content within CMS platforms, primarily Adobe AEM, including HTML modifications.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all digital campaigns and platforms, enhancing our brand's market presence.
  • Coordinate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, embodying a player-coach role by participating directly in project tasks as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with senior management to manage expectations on project outcomes and timelines.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Must be in the EST time zone and able to travel to New Haven, CT for planning meetings.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong personality with proven leadership skills and a player-coach approach.
  • Proficient with task management software like Trello, Asana, or Monday.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including ability to modify HTML.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO and PPC.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in gathering assets from stakeholders and coordinating with IT departments.
  • Familiarity with Asana for project management.
