Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate the employee onboarding process for new hires
- Manage employee profiles in the HRIS and maintain data accuracy
- Conduct orientation sessions and initial training programs
- Oversee the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication
