We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer with advanced technical skills in security, networking, system, and tooling/automation to join the infrastructure team to improve operations efficiency and reliability of a dynamic, fast-paced global network. The candidate needs to have a wide range of skills and is willing to adapt and learn additional items.

Your Role:

  • Be on the front lines, responding to network incidents and resolving issues in real-time.
  • Partner with other departments to tackle escalated security and network challenges.
  • Guide and collaborate with network engineering vendors and consultants.
  • Play a key role in network planning and design to support our growing business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with Internet carriers and vendors—we value these partnerships.
  • Manage routing protocols to ensure our network is running smoothly.
  • Provide detailed after-action reports and summaries—your input will help us improve continuously.
  • Open tickets and work with carriers, vendors, and data centers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of technicians and engineers, whether they’re onsite, remote, or responding after-hours.
  • Be a reliable resource during escalations, responding quickly via email, tickets, chat, phone, or any other method.
  • Rotate after-hours on-call duties with our talented team of administrators and engineers. You're never in this alone!
  • Design and maintain network systems that set the bar for reliability and security.


Your Background:

  • Dependable, with reliable transportation (or access to public transport) and the drive to act with urgency when needed.
  • Experience in Linux operations and virtualization platforms (VMWare/Ovirt/RHEV/OpenStack).
  • Knowledge of storage systems (NetApp preferred), as well as Juniper/Cisco routing and switching (ISIS, OSPF, BGP, RSTP, STP, VSTP).
  • Familiarity with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall products—your expertise will help protect us from threats.
  • Understanding of core Internet protocols (DNS, SMTP, SIP, DHCP)—you keep the Internet running smoothly.
