Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Digital Advertising Specialist, playing a pivotal roll in our Digital Hub. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead efforts to elevate our brands’ online footprint. Immerse yourself in the intricacies of SEO and SEM, strategically steering initiatives to boost organic and paid search rankings across major engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Your priorities will include conducting weekly and monthly optimizations, refining keywords, fine-tuning ad placements, and pioneering PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads. With 3+ years of SEM and PPC experience, you'll leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and your WordPress prowess to navigate this digital frontier. HubSpot experience is highly desirable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct recurring weekly and monthly SEO optimization tasks (i.e. keyword strategy/expansion, link building, technical SEO, etc.) to increase organic search rankings & traffic
  •  

  • Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO
  • Recommend changes to the website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Recommend tests and experiments to identify how to maximize campaigns and ROI
  • Work with some or all A/B split testing, heat maps, filters, funnels, etc.
  • Use SEO Management software, such SEMRush and other crawling software to gather intel and make recommendations for increased performance.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns: Google Ads  and other Ad platforms.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize low-performing campaigns through a variety of audits. Closely monitor and optimize campaign performance and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research as it pertains to SEM, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies.
  • Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust strategies and budgets accordingly.
  • Implement, track, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns.
  • Conduct recurring weekly and monthly SEM optimization tasks (i.e. keyword expansion, ad testing, negative management, etc.).
  • Manage Google Tag Manager to ensure tracking is accurate

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Proficient in web analytics and SEO tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Bing, and more
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc).
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
  • AdWords / Bing certification
  • Wordpress Experience
  • HubSpot experience a plus

Education and/or Experience
