Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Company:

Video SDK is a fast-growing technology company specializing in video-conferencing integration solutions. We are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers by optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic.


As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for leading and executing our growth strategy. This will include working with our marketing team to create and execute acquisition campaigns, working with our product team to optimize conversion rates and activation/retention, and working with our business development team to identify and pursue new partnerships.


Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: 

  • Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Oversee the management of an annual ad budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategy.

  1. Hands-On Campaign Management: 

  • Lead by example with hands-on management of key Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns etc .

  • Utilize advanced techniques for keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, bid management, and performance tracking. 

  • Experiment with new channels and innovative approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

  1.  Team Building & Management: 

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing specialists.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, ensuring the team meets and exceeds KPIs.

  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

  1. Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and analytics to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

  1.  Performance Analysis & Reporting: 

  • Set up and maintain a robust system for tracking, measuring, and reporting on all performance marketing activities.

  • Regularly report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 2+  years of experience in growth marketing or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth initiatives

  • Proven experience in Saas or Cloud based company. 

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

  •  Advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management skills


Preferred Skills: 


  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and advanced analytics tools.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  •  A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in the digital marketing space.
