Join our dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our essential company applications. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting key applications that drive our business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, maintain, and debug essential company applications, including application servers, related hardware, endpoints, and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Manage the installation and configuration of company applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Document all processes, procedures, and provide training as needed to support team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, compile data, and respond to reported issues and alarms.
  • Design, implement, automate, and upgrade information systems to meet evolving business and user needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in deployments, installation, and IT support.
  • Strong proficiency in computer hardware, software, and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of databases, particularly Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with tools such as SVN, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Jira.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $90, 000 USD. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
